RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for a change of products after delivery and do not issue refunds. On a case-by-the product quality did not match with what you purchase, we will replace the particular product to you or we will ask for a return the product and make a refund. We will work with you to address any and all concerns you have so please reach out and provide us with your concerns and reasons, as well as any evidence that you think supports your position. We will review this and reply. That said, we will not replace any  product that was damages or lost by reason of your actions or failure to act, or by reasons that we cannot control or could not foresee.

This is by no means a way to abuse our systems as we’ve tested all our products before sending them out for guarantee quality, in rare cases where the products don’t match the description and we’ve verified the issue to not be resolvable, then we can either send you a replacement or store credits for another order. If we are constantly getting complaints from the same person then it may be best to just purchase elsewhere as we;’ve had customers taken advantage of our generous acts. Please understand we are first most a business and will do our best to resolve your issue in every situation. We hope this is understandable.
